| Hi, we are Jim and
Kathleen High; thanks for visiting our web site. We invite you to visit
our North Carolina Mountain Retreat located at a cool elevation of 3,200
feet in the majestic Black Mountains. We are just 45 miles North East of
Asheville in a tiny township named Pensacola which is eight miles outside
of Burnsville. Our home is very cozy and is nestled among 67 acres of plush
forest with a view of the mountains. Just down the mountain about 200 yards
is Cattail Creek. Cattail Creek is a boldered creek that invites the playful
spirits of little ones wanting to skip rocks or rock hop up and down the
creek. If you are looking for privacy and peaceful surroundings you will
love our home, not another home in sight.
Our rates are $450.00 per week
for four individuals and $500.00 for six adults.
